This time is Rosa Black our victim. we captured her barefoot and restrain her with a set
hinged Hiatts handcuffs around her wrists and a set legirons from the American Handcuff Company
round her ankles. When she strarted to make too much noise , we put her hood on and her mouth
close with Duct-tape. Now the silence returns. We think she was not very happy with it.
